Badaun case: Woman, lover pushed van with 5 into canal
GREATER NOIDA: A van carrying a couple and three others from Nawada village were pushed into Ganga canal in Badaun on August 25 by the couple's daughter and her alleged lover, the police said on Sunday. The accused, Preeti (19) and Mugesh alias Sonu (26), wanted to marry but the family was against it as Sonu was already married with two kids, they said.However, the bodies of Raje Bhadana, Dharmavati and Priti were recovered from a canal in Narora area in Bulandshahr district later in the day. Raje's son Lalit, his wife Sheetal and Lalit's uncle Rajender were found unconscious at a roadside eatery nearly a kilometre away from the spot. The next day, Saleem's body was also receovered from the canal, while Ompal is still missing.
According to police, Preeti and Sonu belonged to the same village and were in a relationship. Both knew each other for the past four years but since Sonu was already married, the family was against their relationship.
SP Abhishek Yadav said that Preeti would pretend to be possessed by a 'spirit' and the family would regularly visit the dargah.
This time, Preeti and Sonu planned the murder two-three days before the family left for the shrine. Meanwhile, Sonu also came to the dargah in his vehicle from the village. "After offering a 'chadar' at the shrine, the family came out. Preeti then contacted Sonu and they took the family to a nearby eatery on the pretext of buying them soft drinks. They offered the family members a fruit drink mixed with 30 tablets of Alparax," Yadav said.
While Lalit, Sheetal and Rajender were left there, Sonu and Preeti drove the Eeco to Ganga canal with Raje, Dharmavati, Priti, Ompal and the tantric, Saleem.
The duo then pushed the van into the river. "Both raised the front wheels of the vehicle near the canal even while sitting in the car and later pushed the car from behind," said SP Abhishek Yadav. They then escaped.
The two were arrested from Bulandshahr railway station on Sunday. The wrappers of sleeping pills and a bottle of fruit drink have been recovered.

Her family didn’t want Preeti to keep seeing her much-married boyfriend, a father of two. So the couple hatched a plan -- to murder and elope.
On Sunday morning, 19-year-old Preeti Bhadana and 26-year-old Sonu were arrested by the Noida police for the murder of her parents, her aunt, a cab driver and a tantric, almost a week after their bodies were pulled out of a canal in Badaun, 180km from here.
The two have confessed to the murders, police said, adding the body of the tantric (occultist) was recovered a day later but that of the driver is yet to be found.
The Bhadanas, who came from Greater Noida’s Nawada village, had on August 26 decided to visit a Badaun shrine the family frequented and hired a Maruti Eeco taxi.
These visits were an opportunity for Preeti to meet Sonu. “Preeti and Sonu wanted to marry but her family was against it, as Sonu was married and had two children,” Greater Noida superintendent of police (rural) Abhishek Yadav said.
They were in a relationship for two years and every time the family visited Badaun, Sonu would follow them, Yadav said. Preeti would trick her family into spending some time with Sonu, a resident of Meerut.
As soon as the family reached the shrine, Preeti offered them a bottle of water in which she had mixed 30 pills of a sedative, police said.
The family -- father Raje Bhadana, mother Dharmwati, uncle Rajender, aunt Priti, brother Lalit – driver Om Pal and tantric Saleem, a local, went into a stupor.
Her sister-in-law Sheetal, who is pregnant, threw up after drinking the water and escaped the worse effects of the drug.
As the drug began to take effect on others, Lalit convinced his family to see a doctor after they offered a chadar at the shrine. He was driving the family -- Pal was in no condition to move -- when “Preeti insisted that he offer a separate chadar”, Yadav said.
Lalit, Sheetal and Rajender went back to the shrine and that is where the police found them, drugged but alive.
Preeti by then had called Sonu, who was in the area. He was driving the Maruti Eeco when a Badaun police patrol stopped the vehicle and asked about Raje and Dharmvati, who were lying unconscious. But Preeti somehow managed to convince them and they were allowed to go.
Sonu headed for the canal with Raje, Dharmvati, Preeti, Om Pal and Saleem in the car.
“The two pushed the vehicle into the canal, killing all five,” Yadav said.
Preeti and Sonu then fled to Allahabad. They waited for things to cool down and were planning to return to Sonu’s house in Meerut but were nabbed at Bulandshahr railway station. Sonu’s phone location tied him to the crime and also helped police to trace the couple.

नोएडा। प्रेम संबंधों में रोड़ा बन रहे परिवार से नाराज प्यार में अंधी एक लड़की ने प्रेमी संग अपने ही परिवार के तीन लोगों समेत पांच की हत्या कर दी। लड़की ने प्रेमी संग साजिश रची और उन्हें मजार पर ले गई जहां से आते वक्त कार में उसने परिवार के लोगों को पानी में नींद की गोलियां दे दी। रास्ते में जब वे सो गये तो कार को बुलंदशहर की गंग नहर में धकेल दिया।

ग्रेटर नोएडा के नवादा में रहने वाले राजे परिवार के सात लोग 25 अगस्त को बंदायु के बड़े सरकार पीर बाबा की मजार पर जियारत करने के लिये गये थे। वापसी में उनकी कार बुलंदशहर की गंग नहर में गिर गई जिसमें 5 लोगों की मौत की बात सामने आई।
घटना के बाद चार लाशें तो मिल गई लेकिन एक लाश नहीं मिली। पुलिस ने इस मामले में जब जांच शुरू की तो चौंकाने वाला खुलासा हुआ। पुलिस ने जांच में पाया कि राजे परिवार की बेटी प्रीति ने ही प्रेमी के साथ मिलकर पांचों लोगों को मौत के घाट उतार दिया।
जानकारी के अनुसार घर से परिवार के सात लोगों समेत कार में 9 लोग सवार थे। सभी मजार पर पहुंचे थे जहां प्रीति ने सबको पानी में नींद की 30 गोलियां मिलाकर पिला दिया। इस दौरान प्रीति के तीन रिश्तेदार वहीं रुक गये जबकि प्रीति ने अपने पिता, चाची, ताई, साथ में गए ड्राइवर और मौलवी को घर छोड़ के आने की बाद कही और अपने प्रेमी को वहीं पर बुला लिया।
प्रेमी सोनू कार लेकर वहां से निकला और बुलंदशहर की गंग नहर में कार को धकेल दिया। इससे कार में सवार लोगों की डूबने से मौत हो गई। चार लाशें पुलिस ने बरामद कर ली हैं लेकिन ड्राइवर ओम पाल की लाश अभी तक नहीं मिली है।
इस हत्याकांड को अंजाम देने के बाद प्रीति प्रेमी संग मेरठ के एक होटल में जाकर कुछ दिन रही और उसके बाद ये लोग शादी करने के लिए इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट पहुंच गए। उन्होंने शादी के लिये अप्लाई भी कर दिया था लेकिन बुलंदशहर वापस आते वक्त पुलिस ने दोनों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया।
प्रीति से पूछताछ में पुलिस को पता चला कि वह ढोंग रचती थी कि उसको भूत-प्रेत आते हैं। परिवार इसी वजह से मौलवी के साथ प्रीति को मजार पर लेकर जाया करता था। यहां प्रीति हर बार सोनू से मिलने के लिए मजार पर अपने परिवार को नींद की गोलियां देती थी। जब वो लोग कार में ही सो जाते थे तब वह प्रेमी सोनू से मिलती थी।
इस मामले में ड्राइवर के भाई ने आरोप लगाया है कि राजे परिवार के घर में कई कारें हैं तो आखिर ओम पाल को क्यों ले जाया गया। उसने प्रीति के भाई और उसकी भाभी पर साजिश के तहत ओम पाल को ले जाने की बात कही है।

नई दिल्ली/ग्रेटर नोएडा : हाथों में मेंहदी और चेहरे पर नकाब. अपने मां-बाप को मौत के घाट उतारने के बाद ये लड़की ने सात फेरे लेने की तैयारी कर रही थी. लेकिन, मंडप ना पहुंच कर ये हवालात पहुंच गई. जिन हाथों में इसने शादी की मेंहदी रचाई थी उन्ही हाथों में पड़ गई हैं अब हथकड़ियां. अपनी मोहब्बत को पाने के लिए अपने घरवालों की हत्या करने वाली इस बेरहम बेटी का नाम है प्रीती.

पुलिस ने इसके साथ इसके उस प्रेमी को भी गिरफ्तार किया है जिसने इसके साथ मिलकर पांच लोगों की हत्या की साजिश रची. अपने प्रेमी को पाने के लिए कैसे प्रीती ने अपने ही घरवालों को मौत के घाट उतारने का खेल खेला उसकी कहानी बेहद ही खौफनाक है. ग्रेटर नोएडा के रहने वाली प्रीती और उसका परिवार 25 अगस्त को बदायूं की एक मजार में चादर चढ़ाने के लिए गया था. लेकिन, वहां से लौटते वक्त बुलंदशहर के पास एक नहर में उनकी कार हादसे का शिकार हो गई.

पूछताछ में प्रीती ने पुलिस के सामने खुलासा किया वो सोनू से बहुत प्यार करती थी. उसके साथ शादी करना चाहती थी लेकिन, सोनू शादी-शुदा था इसलिए प्रीती के घरवालों को उनका ये रिश्ता पसंद नहीं था. वो प्रीती को सोनू से दूर रहने की हिदायद देते थे. प्रीती को ये भरोसा हो गया था कि उसके घरवालों के होते हुए वो कभी भी सोनू से शादी कर पाएगी. पुलिस के सामने प्रीती ने खुलासा किया कि उसके घरवालों ने उसे उसके प्रेमी सोनू से मिलने जुलने पर भी पहरा लगा दिया था. इसलिए उसने उससे मिलने के लिए एक चाल चली.

उसने मानसिक रूप से विक्षिप्त बनने का नाटक शुरू किया ताकि उसके घरवालों को ये यकीन हो जाए कि उसके ऊपर कोई भूत प्रेत आ गया है. बेटी पर भूत प्रेत का साया होने के शक में उसके घरवाले उसे बदायूं की एक मजार में ले जाने लगे और वहां प्रीती घरवालों को नशीली गोलियां खिलाकर अपने प्रेमी सोनू से जुलने लगी. प्रीती को जब भी अपने प्रेमी से मिलना होता वो इसी तरह से मानासिक संतुलन खोने का नाटक करती और उसके घरवाले उसे मजार लेकर पहुंच जाते.

जिस गाड़ी को प्रीती और उसके प्रेमी ने नहर में धकेला था उसमें प्रीती के मां-बाप और तीन अन्य लोग शामिल थे. उन सभी को मौत के घाट उतारने के बाद प्रीती और उसका प्रेमी सोनू वहां से फरार हो गए. दोनों ने इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट में शादी की अर्जी भी डाल दी. लेकिन, उससे पहले की ये दोनों शादी करके कहीं और भाग पाते पुलिस ने इन्हें गिरफ्तार कर लिया. अब पुलिस इस कातिल बेटी और इसके बेरहम प्रेमी को इसके किए की सजा दिलाने की तैयारी कर रही है.
