GHAZIABAD: Jeetender alias Ballu, a history sheeter, was arrested on Friday from old Bus station in Ghaziabad. Ballu, who carries reward of fifteen thousand rupees on his head, is accused of murdering real estate developer Mannu Walia in September 2015.
"Jeetender alias Ballu had shot dead a real estate developer Mannu Walia in Rajnagar Extension area in September 2015," said Salman Taj Patil, Superintendent of Police (City).
After killing Mannu, Ballu was on the run and have been hiding in Badoth in western UP. Mannu's wife Shalini and cousin Vipul had allegedly conspired to kill him and had given the contract to Ballu.
